Near the Power & Light District, the Kansas City Alamo Drafthouse is one of 22 Alamo Drafthouse theaters in the country. The theater offers food and drinks seat-side, while featuring new and classic films.

Features: 240 artists, 20+ restaurant booths, live music.
Tip: Bring cash, and order small bites from a variety of food stands.

The Plaza Art Fair is an annual celebration of art, music, food and drinks. The fair began as an event to draw crowds to the shopping district during the Great Depression in 1932. Over the past 86 years, the fair has grown immensely, now taking up nine blocks of the Plaza and drawing 250,000 people annually.
