Crown Center is a mixed-use complex that houses the international headquarters of Hallmark Cards. Visit The Crown Center Shops for a three-story shopping and dining experience that features plenty of family-friendly options.
What to do at the Crown Center Shops
Overall, the Crown Center Shops are not what you would imagine as a typical mall. There aren’t many name brand shops or clothing stores. They do have Halls Kansas City, Hallmark’s luxury department store. The layout of the shops can be a bit confusing, but if you ask for directions, the employees are happy to point you in the right direction.

- SPIN! (local Neapolitan-style pizza chain)

A lot of the restaurants are in a food court set up, though plenty are not. The shops are open Monday–Saturday, 10am – 7pm and Sunday, 12pm – 6pm.
About Crown Center
The Crown Center Shops are located in an 85-acre complex that is home to the Hallmark Cards headquarters. Connected by a climate-controlled skywalk, you can explore the extensive area on foot. The skywalk even connects to Kansas City’s Union Station and near the Liberty Memorial. Crown Center hosts:
