About the of the Westside
Westside KC is in the midst of rejuvenation, just like the rest of Downtown and the Crossroads. As you meander through the neighborhood, you’ll see many historic homes in the process of remodel. A quick search on Zillow shows lots for sale, old homes that need some love and renovated, modern homes well over $500,000.
The neighborhood feels extremely welcoming. It might be the locals at the coffee shop or the friendly owners of the shops, but you’ll feel right at home.
